When you compete against the big boys in health care like Humana and United Health, the job to differentiate your brand becomes more important, the message AND the work need to hit harder and feel fresh. In this effort for CSH, it was Cocoon meets Seinfeld as the local diner haunt becomes the place where three friends dish the dirt and decide to make a plan for Clear Spring Health. The campaign idea leaned into the fact that many older Americans feel overwhelmed by all the information coming at them and there is a limited window for enrollment each fall.
